Firstly I want to say a big congratulations! If you have found me and are looking for a newborn photographer in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast then I can only assume you have an incredible time ahead of you! There is nothing more exciting than finding out you are expecting a baby. The nervous wonderment, the excitement, waiting to meet your baby for the first time. When they finally arrive and you get to hold them for the first time it feels like a dream come true. But those first few weeks will flash by your eyes in a blurry haze of late nights, feeding and cuddles that you will all of sudden wonder “where did that time go?”.
Time is fleeting and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard a new mumma or dad tell me that they honestly don’t remember the first few weeks. That time flies by so quickly as they settle into their new life and routine, learning about each other and finding their rhythm as a family. Then they receive their photos from their newborn photographer and have memories flood back to them, even years later, which makes it feel like yesterday. That’s what I love most about newborn photography, the way it documents your new life. Preserving those memories so that you can look back at any moment and remember the magical details, the one millionth kiss, the tiniest toes and the fuzzy shoulders. The way their skin felt and the smell of their hair, forever ingrained in your memory.

I am a newborn baby photographer based in Brisbane that travels around with my camera capturing growing bellies and growing families. My newborn photography sessions are available in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and are designed to be a beautiful addition to your maternity photos, ensuring you have memories of their first moments of life. A simple package, that includes all images so there are no hard decisions, except maybe deciding which images are your favourites to print and hang on your walls!
Every newborn photoshoot booking also comes with a 2-5min newborn film, captured during your session. These films are especially popular with families that have older siblings. Having photos and a precious film of the first moment their big brother or sister gets to meet the new baby is incredibly special, and will be a priceless heirloom to you and to them in the years to come.

We can capture these beautiful memories of your new baby in the comfort of your home or at the hospital, for a truly fresh perspective. If you prefer the outdoor sunshine we can even head out for a nice outdoor session amongst the trees and sun. Hospital sessions are within the first 48 hours of life. Home sessions can be anywhere from the day you arrive home to 12 weeks. I suggest though to book in your session when you are in the third trimester so all you have to do once your baby arrives is schedule the date for your session.
I travel all over the greater Brisbane area for these sessions as I do not run your typical studio. My baby photography sessions are nostalgic, authentic, honest and raw. A glimpse into your life, which means ensuring we capture you all in the comfort of your home, the familiar space you have so lovingly created with your family, or at the hospital which will forever hold a special place in your heart.
