Meet Renee, the face of Renee Joanne Photography! It has been a big week for me. Countless shoots and a tonne of editing. I've recently changed my packages and offerings and I can honestly say I am loving the response I have received!
I've started this blog as a way to share more from my shoots. If I could post every photo from my clients sessions I would!
For those of you that are new to Renee Joanne Photography I thought I'd share a little about me.
When I was 14, my aunty gave me an old Pentax film camera that she had owned for almost 20 years. I started using it in art class at high school and developed my own prints in the dark room there. I fell in love with photography from the moment I picked up that camera.
Having a photography business has been a dream of mine since I was 14 and 20 years later it's now a reality (that's a whole other story 😂) I couldn't be happier. I am so passionate about creating memories and plastering them across my walls that I want to be able to provide this to everyone. Being apart of your lives, to capture these memories for you means the world to me.
I am a lifestyle photographer meaning I use minimal to no props and prefer natural candid photos of you and your loves. I do not run a studio so all my photography takes place in your home or out in nature. I love it this way as I think you feel more comfortable in front of the camera and there are less distractions so I can capture you being yourselves and doing what you love.
I am very passionate about print and I can talk about it for hours. Showing your images online and on social media are great, but actually having a physical print or album that can be viewed forever in your home, that can be handed down to your grandkids and them to theirs as heirlooms, that's what it's all about. That's what I'm about, creating family memories that will live on forever.
